Some products in our store can be purchased by subscription. By subscribing, you receive recurring deliveries and save compared with a one-time purchase (10% to 15% depending on the product). There is no minimum commitment: you can cancel whenever you like, on your own, in a few clicks.
Subscriptions are currently available for Natural Aged Garlic Extract, Oregano+ (Oregano Oil and Black Seed Oil), Pumpkin Seed Oil Softgels, Ceylon Cinnamon and Vitamin D3 & K2. The discount compared with a one-time purchase depends on the product and is shown next to the subscription option on the product page and in the cart: 15% on Aged Garlic Extract, Oregano+, Pumpkin Seed Oil and Ceylon Cinnamon, 10% on Vitamin D3 & K2. The renewal frequency is monthly for all formats and is shown in the order summary before payment. At each renewal you receive the same quantity you chose with your first order and pay the same amount, in the currency of your country of delivery.

The number of softgels per pack depends on the product and is shown on its page: 60 softgels for Aged Garlic Extract, Oregano+ and Pumpkin Seed Oil, 30 softgels for Ceylon Cinnamon, 180 softgels for Vitamin D3 & K2. Shipping is included in the price shown.
Your first order is charged at the time of purchase. The next renewal takes place on the date shown in the order summary, then on the same date every cycle, until you decide to cancel. Before each renewal we send you a reminder email, so you always have time to skip or cancel.
You can manage your subscription yourself, at any time, without having to contact us. From your customer area you can:
To log in: customer area for the United States or for the United Kingdom. Enter the email address you used for your order and you will receive an access code. You will find the same link at the bottom of every page of the site and in the emails we send you.
Cancellation is free and involves no penalty. It applies to future renewals: an order that has already been charged and shipped is not canceled automatically. For an order that has already shipped, our refund policy and any right of withdrawal provided by law apply.
If your card is declined, we try again over the following days and let you know by email. You can update your payment method from your customer area. If the payment still fails after several attempts, the subscription is paused and you are not charged anything.
Your payment details never pass through our servers. They are stored securely by our payment provider and used only for the renewals you have authorized.
If we need to change the price or terms of an active subscription, we will let you know by email with reasonable notice, so you can decide whether to continue or cancel before the next renewal.
