Every order placed in our store is processed and carefully prepared within 1 to 3 business days. Note: orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day.
Once your order has shipped, the following estimated delivery times apply:

Possible variations: due to the very high demand our products are experiencing and our quality control processes, these times may vary slightly. We do everything we can to keep the wait to an absolute minimum.
As soon as your package leaves our warehouse, you automatically receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number. You can then follow your order's journey in real time.
We are pleased to offer you free home delivery on all orders, with no minimum purchase.
Although we meet the stated times in the vast majority of cases, external factors (customs, international logistics, high seasonal demand) may exceptionally extend transit.
Contact us: if your order has not arrived after 20 business days, don't hesitate to write to us.
Cancellation policy: as set out in our return conditions, no cancellation or refund can be made while the package is in the delivery stage.
It is the customer's responsibility to make sure the delivery address provided is correct and complete. We cannot be held responsible for packages not delivered due to an entry error. If a package is returned to sender because of an incomplete address, reshipping costs are borne by the customer.
