SECTION 1 - PURPOSE

These terms govern sales made through the L'Atelier Cocoon store. Their purpose is to define the contractual relationship between L'Atelier Cocoon and the buyer.

SECTION 2 - PRODUCTS

The products offered are those listed in the catalog published on the L'Atelier Cocoon website. The essential characteristics of each item are presented on its product page. Our products are designed to meet high standards of quality and comfort.

SECTION 3 - PRICES

The prices of our products are shown in the currency of your country of delivery (US dollars in the United States, pounds sterling in the United Kingdom). Applicable taxes, if any, are calculated and displayed at checkout. L'Atelier Cocoon reserves the right to change its prices at any time, in particular during ongoing promotions. The product is nevertheless invoiced on the basis of the price in force at the time the order is confirmed.

SECTION 4 - ORDER AND PAYMENT

Confirming the order implies acceptance of the offer and of the stated price. Payment is due immediately when the order is placed. Payments are made by credit card or by any other secure payment method offered in the store.

SECTION 5 - DELIVERY

Products are delivered to the delivery address provided during the ordering process. Estimated delivery times are shown at checkout. L'Atelier Cocoon cannot be held responsible for delivery delays attributable to the carrier's services.

SECTION 6 - RIGHT OF RETURN AND SATISFACTION GUARANTEE

If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you can request a return within 60 days of receiving your order, under the conditions set out in our Refund and Return Policy. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer, unless explicitly stated otherwise by our customer service.

SECTION 7 - WARRANTIES AND SUPPORT

Our products are covered against manufacturing defects. In the event of a manufacturing defect or a technical problem, contact our support through the contact page of our website.

L'Atelier Cocoon undertakes to protect the confidentiality of the information provided by the buyer, in accordance with its privacy policy.

SECTION 10 - SUBSCRIPTIONS

Some products may be purchased on a subscription basis. In that case, the initial order and subsequent renewals are automatically charged to the payment method provided, at the price and frequency shown on the product page and in the order summary before payment. The subscription has no minimum term: you can cancel it free of charge at any time from your customer account or by writing to contact@l-atelier-cocoon.com, with effect on subsequent renewals. The 60-day right of return provided for in SECTION 6 applies to each delivery, including renewals. The full conditions are described in our subscription policy.
